1905年广西省造光绪元宝飞龙十文铜币
光绪三十一年（1905年），广西巡抚李经羲奏准在广西筹建铜元局。由于当时铜元泛滥，民间折价使用，十文铜元减至八折、七折不等。各省为维护本省利益，往往禁止它省铜元流通，使一国之币于一国之内不能畅行。而且各省铜元，成色参差，形制各异，混杂紊乱。为整顿币制，清政府颁布“整顿圜法章程”，限制各省铸额，确定铜元成色、形制，令户部天津造币总厂铸造名为“大清铜币”的新式铜元，并由户部将新币祖模颁发各省，仿效铸造。原有旧币一律停铸，以期划一。之后，又于光绪三十二年（1906年）对全国的造币厂进行裁撤归并。其中，广西并归广东为一厂。广西飞龙属德国试样性质，可细分龙尾中有点、无点二版与鎏银版，多数从德国或欧洲散出.
